I H Equipment Ltd began trading in 1994.

We are CHAS (contractors health & safety) assessed and accredited. We are members of Constructionline.

We pride ourselves on our health and safety record and performance. We have never been issued with a prohibition or improvement notice by the HSE.

All our operatives are highly trained and qualified. They all hold relevant CSCS and CPCS skills cards.

We offer the following services:

• Demolition and dismantling using modern methods with safety our utmost consideration. Site-specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements are produced before work is carried out.
  
• Stripping out works prior to refurbishment.
  
• Asbestos management. We can carry out type 1,2, and 3 asbestos surveys. Our trained surveyor will produce a comprehensive report and estimate costs for removal. Registers produced and asbestos management schemes.
  
• Plant hire. 20 ton excavators, mini diggers, dumpers, bobcats etc. Plant comes with trained operators.
  
• Site security. Buildings secured with steel shutters to prevent unauthorised access prior to refurbishment or demolition.
  
• Sign Printing. Full colour digital print service to produce site signs, Health & Safety signs incorporating all regulation logos. Vehicle & plant signs, site banners etc.
